Since Excel TM Group launched in January 2020 there have been substantial changes and more importantly well measured growth, the first quarter of t2022 was no different!
The little back bedroom company has constantly pushed boundaries and challenged the status quo of telemarketing, this has led us to being recognised and awarded for our efforts but above all kept us constantly looking to improve how we work.
Not only did Excel finish the quarter with a 98% retention rate but we also tripled our Q1 turnover!
This is an incredible achievement everyone involved at Excel!!
