Not only are Excel TM Group the chosen data and telemarketing partners for this amazing show, but we have also run several successful telemarketing campaigns where we have helped drive traffic to the show.
The data provided is a complete mixture of prospects, ranging from Architects to End Users, Excel TM Group focus on driving traffic to the show and creating brand awareness on exciting events happening over the 3 days.
In order for Excel TM Group to achieve maximum results, we need to ensure that, like every other campaign, communication is essential and we do this by cross-referencing every person that has shown an interest and checking who has physically signed up. This allows us transparency and above all ensures quality is maintained for the event.

FutureBuild results and ROI is measured by how many prospects opt in to visit. Naturally, we can be told a person is coming but unfortunately issues can arise and halt them from visiting the show.
This is why we always look to catch up with the client after the event has been held and run through a debrief, from there we can measure who agreed to visit against who actually visited.
